The Detroit News bills the "Kachunga and the Alligator" show as the number one reason to attend the Michigan State Fair. The president of the Dayton Fair claims that "... at our first show this week, it was standing room only." and "we had to bring in more bleachers to accommodate the crowd." (Indiana Gazette) Reporting on the Florida State Fair, the Tampa Tribune calls the Kachunga show the "... biggest crowd pleaser..." drawing "standing-room-only crowds."

Welcome to IoscoCountyFair.com We are planning another fun-filled and exciting week of events and entertainment for the 2015 county fair.

Along with some of our thrilling grandstand events, we will always have an array of free entertainment happening all throughout the fair. Some of these will be our wild and crazy Barnyard Olympics, Farmer John and The Barnyard Express Show, livestock/horse shows, livestock auction, flat track horse races, music, games for all ages and more!

 Schmidt Amusements will be on the midway with food and fun for all. The 2016 Iosco County Fair dates are July 25th through July 30th.  See you there!

Saturday, August 1st at 7:00 p.m.

 The Iosco County Fair presents a 7 event professional Rodeo.  This event is sanctioned by both the International Pro Rodeo & Mid-States Rodeo Associations.  Events include bareback bronc riding, saddle bronc riding, bull riding, barrel racing, team roping, calf roping, and steer wrestling.  This show will  include a boot scramble event for the kids and chute dogging for the adult crowd.

Since 1944, features a celebration for those near and far that showcases all that the county has to offer. Plenty of things to do and see for young and old such as children's activities, entertainment, food and merchandise vendors, livestock and agricultural competitions, demolition derby, rodeo, and much more.

Friday, July 31st  Off Road Derby Bump & Run
Show starts at 7:00 p.m.

Known locally as a Bump and Run contest, this event features a V8 Rear Wheel Class, a Front Wheel Class, and Power Wheel racing for kids ages 3-10. Cars compete in a Demolition Derby style event laid out on a racing track with curves and jumps.
